Taare Zameen Par - Every Child is Special

A guy like me, who goes to sleep by 9 pm in this modern world, is prepared to watch “Taare Zameen Par” first day night show. Why night show is different story? Why so crazy for movie? Well answer is obvious, me being ardent fan of AAMIR. I was waiting very eagerly for this movie; honestly speaking not because of subject or matter but AAMIR (Actor), AAMIR (Director), AAMIR (Producer). What more would ardent fan want other than this?

We (me with my friends) reached theatre and grabbed the seat. I glued myself to seat. I will just watch, watch and watch movie.

Scrabble game was the first thing to come on screen then numbers and then symbols. Alphabets, numbers and symbols started having blast on screen. They were rushing, flying, scrolling, dancing and doing everything here, there and everywhere. No pixel of screen was left out, no corner was cornered. My mind was running more than 180 Km/per second though not able to interpret it. All of sudden; appears strict, adamant, khoshad teachers declaring result and one common name was being declared by all with disgust with flashing alert FAIL FAIL FAIL.

Story of same FAIL kid who is always fascinated with colour, world lively things, vast view of ocean or view from hill top, innocent to heart, true to himself, strong from inside; tries to study but can’t, never mind studies and always labeled as failure in class as well as home specially from his father. It hurts a lot when all your collegue see you as failure, dumb and tag you as loser. You have to face them everyday. Just imagine the same situation of this kid.

He loves his father a lot but his father is not concern at all and is totally blind towards his son. His mom and elder brother loves him as he is; cheerful, naughty, colourful, and innocent.

He is sent to boarding school to learn discipline, conduct and manner. He lives like body without soul, like “uski rangbari sapno ke duniya ab berang ho gaye”. Scene where he is standing near the car in which his mom, brother and father are leaving him behind at boarding school alone is very touching. No tears untill car went out of his sight; then the background touching song “tujhe pata hai na MA”. Scene like he is awake and missing his mom, crying in bathroom loudly really captures the heart and soul of us. He did bring tears to me. It touches so deeply that I felt to hug this kid and comfort him.

It was not like he don’t want to study but he is unable to read, write and study. He was suffering from dyslexia which his father doesn’t want to see it even after AAMIR (kids’ new art teacher) explains him everything. He thinks that all this is an excuse of not studying. Felt like to take out my shoes and throw at his face very hard. AAMIR understand the kid problem because he has undergone this disorder during his childhood days and is able to connect with kids’ agony, sadness, loneliness and everything.

In this final climax scene where kid hands over his painting to AAMIR, goes slowly to see what AAMIR (his teacher) has painted; moved seeing painting of himself which makes him to cry. I bet on you if you have heart; your eyes too will fill with tears. And thus AAMIR succeeds in bringing colours again in kid's life.

AAMIR had brought every emotion lively on screen and made us feel exactly what Kid and AAMIR is feeling. AAMIR stands very higher than expected as an actor, producer as well as director. Kid is awesome and will touch millions of heart with his acting. Movie comes as a class of its own in today world of cinema. MUST WATCH MOVIE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE HEART AND SOUL.
